Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss

It is expected to ensure the conservation, recovery and sustainable use of terrestrial and freshwater ecosystems; promote the implementation of sustainable management of all forests types, take urgent measures to reduce natural habitat degradation, strengthen global support for efforts to combat illegal hunting, among others.
